This week at Durness Diggers we made tattie scones. We used our own charlotte potatoes from the plot in the park. The ingredients were 125g of flour, 50g of butter 500g of peeled potatoes . We have now harvested all the other varieties of potatoes for next week's...Tattie Tuesday . | |

In Durness Diggers this week some of us made a Blackcurrant Fizz, it was delicious:) Charlie picked a bunch of carrots to take down to KLB Nursery and some of us picked some carrots for school dinner. We dug up lots of potatoes called Charlottes. We also found a lovely cauliflower, some broccoli and purple runner beans ;all this crop we are having for school dinners. By Evie
