We had a very successful trip to Edinburgh last week. Everyone seemed to enjoy all the places we visited and the group received many compliments on their politeness and behaviour from people running the various workshops and tours.
Back to our regular timetable this week…
In writing lessons we will be creating our own sea myths using the sea creatures we invented previously. With Mrs Morrison we will be continuing to explore new devices for writing poetry.
In maths we will be learning how to work out the input and output values of function machines and we will be using our knowledge of number facts to solve problems where an unknown value is represented by a symbol or letter.
In science we will be continuing with sea- themed experiments as part of our UN Ocean Challenge badge.
On Tuesday we have our third and final session with David Hunter.
